The good life - DT Scraps of Darkness

Did you see the fabolous June kit by Scraps of Darkness called "firecracker"? Loved the kit , it's filled with lots of colorful papers and embellishments, it's so fun to play with!

With the kit is also a fun sketch by Suepup

 


And here is my layout, based on the above sketch:
I just loved the papers by BoBunny, even though I at first were a bit stuck - so much blue and red. But after working with this layout I really loved how all the things in the kit were so mathcing!

Another layout made with the gorgeous kit "remember when" from the great Kit-club Scraps of Darkness. 

I just loved the kit, filled with yummy stuff by BoBunny and Kaisercraft!! 

Here is a layout using the gorgeous papers by BoBunny. 

The photo of my daughter (yes, daughter LOL) dressed for Halloween last year. She and two of her friends (girlfriends) dressed like boys and had a really fun time :D

Scraps of Darkness Design Team Reveal

 

 I'm so exited, today is my debut on the Scraps of Darkness Design Team and it's Reveal day for the SOD april kit: "Remember when"

  

 Gorgeous papers by BoBunny Mama-Razzi2 and Kaisercraft and fantastic embellishments. Oh.. did I say I love BoBunny!!

Photo from a trip to Stockholm last summer and a stop at this beautiful outdoor café.

Loved the papers by BoBunny and everything on this layout is from the kit!
I had to add some gesso and mist of course LOL.
By the way, don't you just love the color combo? Turquoise and orange ♥

Best friends:
Our youngest daughter and my nephew having a good time when we visited them last month. So good friends and having a great time, even thoug she is 11 and he is 6 years old.





Some stencil , inks and gesso on the background and some pieces of chipboard+flowers is all I added from my own stash, the rest is also from the gorgeous kit.













And my last project for det reveal is a card. Here I used a stencil and Distress Paint from the color add-on. My first try with those Distress paints. Yay!!

Gamla Stan - LO

Kost meg med litt klin og søl igjen :) Bildet på denne LOen er fra Gamla Stan i Stockholm.
Jeg ble helt forelsket i det området. Trange gater, brolegging, flotte og sjarmerende hus, gamle hus etc.
Selv om vi nettopp har vært der så vet jeg at jeg MÅ tilbake engang!

Her har jeg brukt ark fra 7Dots Studio - "mad tea party" Wonderland.
Stickers fra BoBunny.
 Grungeboard fra Tim Holtz.
Kronen er fra Blue moon beads.
Ulike blonder, noteark, gamle boksider, tape.
Jeg har brukt stensil og light molding paste samt glimmermist, Colorwash, distress stains, Dylusions, stempler. Testet ut en krukke jeg har fått fra Linn med Clear Tar Gel, så det er alt det blanke som sees.
Kronen har jeg brukt gesso på først, så colorwash og clear tar gel.

 I had a really good time creating this layout! Love how it turned out. 
The photo is from the area Gamla Stan in Stockholm (which means the old city). We spent 5 days in the beautiful city this summer and I know I have to go back ♥ 
The background is made with light moldingpaste and stencils, stamps, distress stains, dylusions inks, glimmermist, colorwash.

Ut mot havet

Jeg hadde tenkt at denne LOen skulle være til Papiralongen inne på CASAkreativ. Helt til jeg nå leste oppgaven nøyere og så at man måtte ha ordet "ferie" med på den. Og det har jo ikke jeg :D Uansett, bildet er fra da vi var på juleferie i Arendal i fjor og gikk tur ute på Hove. Ikke en snøflekk å se, selv om det var 1.juledag. (og så jo også etter jeg hadde tatt bilde at jeg hadde brukt feil årstall, noe jeg har rettet opp nå da)
