Beautiful - DT 2Crafty Chipboards

Hi there!
Back with another layout made for 2Crafty Chipboard.
This time with a small photo tutorial and you can see this on 2Crafty chipboard blog

This time I have chosen a photo of a beautiful tree , growing wild in Mallorca

 "nerium oleander". I love this and I am always amazed when I see plants like this, as a tree (when I normally have these as a plant inside my livingroom)

Once again I have chosen papers by 7Dots Studio and this time from Illumination Collection.
The background is made with Finnabair/Prima heavy gesso, Art Anthology stencils and Art Anthology coloration "Patience)

And of course different stamps

The black "lines" are Black Gesso

The gorgeous 2Crafty chippes with gesso, Finnabair/Prima Mica Powder "teal" and some Archival Ink

Finally I can show some of my latest work featuring 2Crafty Chipboards!

I am so proud and honored to be on the amazing 2Crafty team!
Absolutely love all the 2Crafty designs!

The first one is called Feed your soul.

My first layout is with photos taken on a cafe in my hometown.

 I just loved how they had decorated the walls.

And my choice of chipboards for this layout was an easy choice. Just love this 

Square Collage panel and Interlocking Grid panel. Perfect for my layout!

I chose papers from 7Dots Studio, Dreamer collection and lots of stamping on my background, from Illumination and Cold Country collection

Some Art Anthology Timeless coloration, black and white Gesso.
Stencils are by Prima and Dylusions

Lots of word stickers from 7Dots Studio, different collections.

I used an Archival Ink pads to color my chippies and they also got a dash of black gesso.

I cut off  the "lines" on the Corner Genieve chipboard which turned

 it from a corner to simply a flourish !!

ou can see the kind of "rough" details on some of the chipboards, that's white

 heavy Gesso which I generously added  before coloring with ink.

Look how cool this chipboard is when adding some text inside one of the squares.

I used black gesso when stamping as you can see below:

This month theme was suggested by Janka.

'One important word' !

I’ve chosen not only one word, but a phrase for my project because this phrase consists of two of my most important words : BELIEVE and MAGIC. 
It’s important to believe and important to belive that magic can happen.
I see it almost every time I create, that magic can happen when I get my fingers into some paint or medium. Here is my card with bright and positive colors with base from 7Dots Studio Domestic Goddess collection.

 I have used gorgeous chippies "vintage birds" by 2Crafty , Ecoline watercolor, Prima/Finnabair stamps and stencil by The Crafters Workshop on this card

Be wild - art journal DT Mixed Media Place

Hi Mixed Media Place fan!

 Hope you all are well wherever you are. Nowadays here in Norway it’s way to warm to be inside so the terrace is a fantastic place to be.

And warm weather and art journaling outside – perfect match!

So this month I have an art journal to show you. Hope I can inspire you to do some mixed media art journal!

This time I decided to mix a photo from a magazine and yummy background.  I have piles of glossy magazines and love using images in my journaling.

My background is made with gesso, gel medium, Ecoline watercolors, stencils and stamps of course.
Mixed Media Place is filled with all those products so it’s no problem finding stuff to play with.
