Dreams come true - DT 7Dots Studio and featuring Blue Fern Studios

Here is a small canvas I made for 7Dots Studio and featuring Blue Fern Studios gorgeous chippies as well.

The canvas is only 15x15cm.
I think I would try the same on a larger canvas some other time, really loved how it turned out in the end.

The colors are Dylusions inks and black Gelato ♥

7Dots Studio products used:
Messy Head – paperpad (circles) and lot of leftovers from different collections (underneath all the medium and colors)
9th Wave – alpha stickers

BFS chipboards used: Dreams come true (with Distress crackle paint + Distress ink + Gelato)
Lots and lots of chipboard leftovers (see the photo below:)

See ya!

Reveal Day at Scraps of Darkness

Hi again, I'm back with two more projects for Scraps of Darkness Reveal day.
Still the faboluous September kit "the black album".

Can't help it, I just loved all the black and I'm so happy that I have lots of papers left!!

First a card. I wanted to make it rather simple, but somehow the gorgeos trim by Webster's and the lovely pin tempted me, so the card looked totally different in the end, than I had planned. (often happens to me)

Next is a layout, with our youngest daughter, having a good time and playing with some goats in a Zoo, this summer.

Had to use some colors togheter with the black here, really loved the look of it:

Beauty - DT Scraps of Darkness

Did you see the fabolous September-kit from Scraps of Darkness
It's called "the black album". This kit is loaded with gorgeous papers and embellishments and I'm so happy to be playing with it!
Just wish I had more hours during the day LOL

Here is the kit:

and the gorgeous sketch by Suepup, also included:

This will be my last month as designer for Scraps of Darkness. I have really enjoyd playing with the kits and will for sure miss it.

So here is my take on the sketch, with our oldest daughter at her graduation day earlier this year.

This is also very much inspired by the mood board at Scrap around the world.

I just loved the bold black! So inspiring! Just look:

Will be back with more projects with this kit soon.

Click - DT 7Dots Studio and featuring Blue Fern Studio

Hi and good morning everybody (or good night in other parts of the world)

Here is one of my projects for this month's post at 7Dots Studio.
I finally got some time to play with the fabolous 9th Wave collection by Finnabair. Can't tell you how much I love that collection!!

This layout was so fun to make! So many good memories with those photos!

Back in March I went to a scrapbooking event, together with Lene Neby. We were picked up at the airport by a couple of friends of her and stopped at the fabolous Sola-stranda (the beach just outside Stavanger) for a photo-shoot.
Had a marvellous time and so fun!
We all used our different cameras and shot a lot of pictures!
And I got myself some new friends myself on that trip.

I tend to have a bit of fun choosing papers according to my theme, and what better to choose a paper called “Wavy Ocean” when we were at the beach.
This actual paper lives it's own life and really doesn't need much embellishmenst, so here I have focused on the photos and also the gorgeous chipbourd by Blue Fern Studio.
We're having a swap with BFS this month at 7Dots Studio so all my September projects are also featuring BFS.
On this layout I have used Viva Inka Gold "old silver" on all the chipboard. A fantastic color which reminds me of sand.
Some tape, gesso, stencil and rubons and some stitches with sewing machine:

Some details:

7Dots Studio products used: 9th Wave – Wavy Ocean
9th Wave – tags
9th Wave – alpha stickers

BFS chipboards used: Picture Perfect set (I’ve used Inka Gold – “old silver” on all the chipboards)

Wishing you all a fabolous day!

Amazing day! - Selected Scrapper Skissedilla

I loved this week's sketch at Skissedilla, made by Nabon!

Challenging and fun!
I wanted to make the photos and papers do "most" of the work, so not much embellishments on this one.
The photos are from a trip we had this summer to a place called Lindesnes. A beautiful place and very windy. Out daughter is leaning against the wind here!

Papers by 7Dots Studio, Messy Head collection: "love letter" and also papers from the 6x6 paper pad. Some of the stickers from the same collection as well

I have used a roller stamp and paint by Art Anthology, Velvet "wineberry"

Fly away with me *Selected Scrapper Skissedilla*

Hi again!
I'm back with this weeks sketch on Skissedilla!
Awesome sketch by Brit this week!
Love to see you join us!

Really loved the sketch and I have used a photo taken this summer when I was sitting in the garden, reading a book.

Suddenly a ladybug landed in my book! Of course I had my Iphone just beside me :)

I have used papers by Prima (Finnabair's collection) and some leftovers by 7Dots Studio.
The background with stencils and different mists by Art Anthology and Dylusions. Black Gesso as well.
