Redesigned bottle

Hi there, long time now.

I've been busy doing nothing, aka summer holiday.
Had some fabolous weeks off work, travelling both to Mallorca and here in Norway.

My latest project is a redesigned bottle from Ikea. (the content was some juice, but that's all gone)

First I covered the bottle with a coat of black Gesso.
Next I used Finnabair's awesome  Art Alchemy acrylic metallic paint.

After all was dry I used some molding paste and a stencil.

Next covered part of the bottle with old buttons, laces ,  findings, metal pieces , flowers  etc.

Covered the whole thing with black gesso  and so came the fun part, going wild with the metallic paint again.

Really loved the result! (my hubby wondered if I had been seeing Pirates of the Carribean again, because it looked like some of the old treasures in the films LOL)

Hope you liked my bottle and got some inspiration to do the same!

Lots of cards - DT 2Crafty Chipboard

I have made a lot of cards lately with bits and pieces of chippies by 2Crafty Chipboard.

It's always so easy to use these chippies, also on cards.
I often cut them in smaller pieces to fit my cards.

Have a look:

All images used on the cards are found on Pinterest.

Check out my blogpost on 2Crafty Chipboard blog , with more details.

Hey you! DT 2Crafty Chipboard and guest Detective CSI

"Hey you"

Here is a layout made for 2Crafty Chipboard and  CSI Case file no195

So fun to play with the case!

The photo this time is again from London and from one of many shoppingdays

This time I have used mostly ink pad to color my chippies, in the colors requested in the case file 195

I chose to cut the Film Strip in one part and layer on top of the photo

Part of the "testimony", "write as a dialogue"
And you see part of the beautiful Handdrawn Feathers on top

Lots of layers under the photo

The Word Bubbles were perfect for my page

Love how the Handdrawn Feathers look together with the flowers

2Crafty Chipboards used:

Handdrawn feathers
Film Strip
Word bubbles
