Take risks - DT 7Dots Studio - final day

Happy Sunday good people out there!

Today I'm sharing my last post as DT for 7Dots Studio.
It's kind of sad, but I know this has been a journey for me where I have had a fabolous time, and in fact, I'm proud and honored to have been on this amazing team!

Thank you again, Tusia and Finnabair for having faith in me!

This layout is from a trip we had last year, to the Southern Norway, as south you can get.
We went to a lighthouse , very fascinating place!

Once again, it’s our youngest daughter on the photo. Looks a bit dangerous, almost as she was going to jump.

I have used a lot of Colorations spray inks by Art Anthology on this, and also the newest Stone effect

Dancing in the stairs - DT 7Dots Studio part two farwell

Today I'm showing the second project made for my farwell-post at 7Dots Studio.

First I would like to thank you all for your kind comments on facebook and on 7Dots Studio blog - means the world to me!

Here is a layout with our youngest daughter dancing in the stairs on a hotel near Stockholm, Sweden
.
A fabolous hotel with marble stairs and such gorgeous interior.
She got a new coat that day and when she danced down the stairs it almost looked like a movie, so I had to photograph it and do some adjustments on the color (the coat was bright red)

Paperbag - DT 7Dots Studio/farewell 7Dots Studio part 1

Hi all 7Dots Studio fans!

Today is a special day for me here at 7Dots Studio,
it’s my last post as designer for this amazing, gorgeous and fabulous company.

When i started, way back in 2012, it was because of an email from Ania/Finnabair – the amazing talented artist, who I absolutely adore! (and finally got to meet previously this year)

I was asked to join this awesome team and to be honest, I nearly fell of my chair when I got the email
LOL

This period has been a fantastic creative journey for me which I want to thank Tusia and Finnabair for!
You made my dreams come true! *love*

Even if I feel a bit sad about not being on the team (I did not apply because I felt that the team needed “new blood”) I will still love 7Dots Studio and use a lot of their products.

In fact I even bought some papers from Wonderland collection a few days ago LOL

Anyway… have to stop talking now, getting too emotional here.

Paperbag:
I have made a special project for this last post – a paperbag, a thank you to Tusia and Finnabair.
A paperbag that show a little about how I feel now. You see it from the words and the flairs…

I have used papers from Dreamer collection (yes, it's a dream)
Distress stain , rusty hinge and peacock feather
The "flowers" are actually ribbon by May Arts which I colored with Art Anthology colorations spray "peacock feather". Also used Paprika and Sandcastle sprays.

5 things - art journal for Vibeke Spigseth Poppydesign

God søndags kveld alle Poppyfans :)

Denne gangen har jeg dukket ned i Art Journal-verdenen igjen.

Har laget en side i min kjære Poppy-journal.
Nå er den snart full, så på tide med en ny om ikke så lenge.

Bakgrunnsarket er "Hello Summer" som Vibeke Spigseth - Poppydesign har designet for Panduro, et ultrakult ark med masse morsomme detaljer.

Jeg har riktignok brukt litt gesso på arket, men mye av detaljene synes fortsatt godt.

Har også brukt det største sommerfuglstempelet fra denne pakken og malt inni sommerfuglen med litt ink fra Art Anthology.

Teksten fant jeg på nettet for en tid tilbake og bare digget den!

Memories - 7Dots Studio challenge - stamps

Today we have our new challenge out on 7Dots Studio and the theme this time is "stamps".

Check out the Design Team's fabolous projects for this challenge and come and join us!

I love stamps!! And particularly stamps that can be used in many different ways – just like the gorgeos stamps from the different 7Dots Studio collections.

So this time my project is filled with different stamps and  a perfect card for a special person!
